About the role
Role: We're looking for an additional Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement and Pricing team to help drive the future growth of Carparison. Day to day you'll be picking up the phone and reaching out to our dealership network and funding partners to build relationships and secure stock. Salary: £23,175-£30,675
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-18:00
Location: Marsh Barton, Exeter
What you'll need
Able to develop relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and finance houses
High level of computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Excel and Word)
Must be accurate and show attention to detail while working under pressure
Have worked in a high intensity online sales environment previously
Be extremely number literate with the ability to locate and execute actions surrounding competitive offers
Adaptable, versatile and open to new ways of working in our fast-paced, ever-changing business
What you'll do
Communicate in a clear and effective manner, ensuring that our culture of quality and excellence is maintained
Responsible for ensuring that the website's offers and third-party sites are updated with the most competitive and relevant offers that you've sourced
Regularly review current offerings to ensure that all offers advertised are accurately priced and valid to maximise the chance of conversion
Maintain supplier relationships and grow them organically through clear communication, gaining trust to secure exclusive opportunities
Develop relationships with funders to generate faith in the Carparison brand when it comes to outright purchase and commitment opportunities
Develop an in-depth understanding of the funders' systems to find the most attractive market position
Carry out all duties with intricate attention to detail
Analyse offerings from dealerships and manufacturers to determine whether we accept or decline the offer
