We have designed our purchase process to make it as simple and easy as possible to get you into your perfect new van.

Our purchasing process has been designed to make your van leasing journey as smooth and easy as possible.

We have a team of dedicated leasing experts who will be on hand to help you every step up of the way. You can also create an account that will allow you to track the progress of your lease van order, while it can also track all past and present lease agreements arranged through Vanparison. All that done with just the click of a button.

Step 1 - Choose your van

Search and compare our extensive catalogue of lease deals from the comfort of your own home, or on the go. Browse by make, model, monthly budget and more to easily shortlist your perfect van lease.

Step 2 - Get finance approval

Before we can place your order, you need to obtain finance approval for the value of your lease agreement. You can submit your finance application online or via phone or email. The finance partner who is funding the lease agreement will return a decision of either 'approved' or 'declined' based on the information you provide us. 

If you've found the right van lease deal for you, submit an enquiry to our team. They will guide you through the application process.

Step 3 - Confirm your order

We will send over your order form via email which we then need to be signed and returned to us. We will then secure the van for you pending receipt of your remaining documentation. At this stage, we would request that the processing fee of £249 + VAT is payable to us. This fee covers our costs associated with locating, securing and marketing the very best deal for you in the marketplace.

Step 4 - Receive and sign your documents

After receiving your signed order form we will provide you with your finance paperwork and your Direct Debit agreement - all of which we need returning to us completed and signed correctly. This will finalise your order and all you need to do now is wait for the delivery of your new van!

Step 5 - Arrange and take delivery

We will arrange for your vehicle to be delivered to your chosen location through the expert team of delivery drivers from each dealership we work with. You will benefit from a comprehensive handover where you can run through your van’s controls and configuration and be entirely satisfied with its condition.

Delivery is included free of charge with most orders. However, some deliveries to areas outside of mainland UK may incur a charge and your Leasing Consultant will be happy to confirm this for you.

Step 6 - Enjoy your new van

Our support doesn't end once we've handed over the keys. The dedicated Leasing Consultant who will have assisted you throughout your purchase will be happy to help if you have any questions or concerns following the delivery of your vehicle.

Step 7 - Tell us how we did

Customer feedback is important to us. All customers will receive a Feefo review request from us a few days after the delivery of your new van. Good or bad, we want to hear from you - it helps us celebrate outstanding work from our team, or helps us make important improvements to our services or with our chosen partners.

We read every one and always take action where it is required. 

You will also receive a survey request from our excellent customer services team. This allows you to provide more in-depth feedback on your entire leasing experience, including our website, contact frequency and advisor proficiency. To reward you for your time, you will be entered into a monthly prize draw with the chance of winning a £50 love to shop voucher.
