Easy and accessible
The whole process has been timely but unpressured to review options through to receiving the lease vehicle. Now taken receipt of new car and hopefully all flows as well from here.

Thank you for your 3* feedback, We are glad to see the service was great as we would expect. Delivery is the hardest part of the journey as we have no control over this part of the process, we can see upon review of your journey that your car picked up a puncture and a new tyre had to be ordered, but you were supplied with a loan car, whilst we appreciate this does not alleviate the frustration,we acknowledge the dealer kept you mobile. We hope that now you have your new car, you enjoy everything that makes it into a superb driving experience.

Excellent just disappointed I had to pay a £60 admin fee to change colour of car

Very Good, room for improvement
Process was excellent, as was the vehicle hand over. Improvement suggest, a list of items to check, rather than a single box on a smartphone would have been better. Vehicle preparation ( PDI ) could have been better, some minor scratches under the front bonnet, plastic, not immediately seen, prior to the hand over. Also, some leaf debris in front boot.

Unfortunately, the vehicle handover documentation is designed and provided by the third-party delivery agent selected by the supplying dealer, so this is outside of our control. However, we will certainly pass your feedback on for consideration. With regard to the vehicle preparation, the PDI is carried out by the supplying dealer, and we do not have sight of the vehicle before it is delivered to you. That being said, we are sorry to hear that you discovered some minor scratches and leaf debris under the bonnet upon delivery. Communication and service is great!
The communication from initial contact has been great. The staff on the phone and email are lovely. I had a problem with the dealer in relation to delivery date and Carparison were very understanding and did everything to help. Courtesy calls to see if the problem had been solved were really appreciated.

Actually very good!!!
We thought Carparison were excellent. They had the best deal available on leasing.com. After enquiring we had a short call to clarify everything, filled out an online form, paid a holding deposit/admin fee and were practically good to go. After that we were kept very much in the loop. Best of all we were told the car would arrive in 6 weeks and it arrived in 3. When delivered, the chap that delivered was very friendly and helpful. My only critique was not really their fault, but the 3rd party leasing firm they use weren’t great. Poor information, poor feedback and slightly dulled the experience, so maybe give them a kick up the back side or use someone else.
