Excellent service from start to finish
From start to finnish I had excellent service, I was a little worried as the price was so good I thought was it a scam, so I checked it out on trust piolet and the reviews were excellent, the price for my lease was much less than other sites and the correspondence was brilliant I got a email through out the process explaining every step. The car came a week earlier than I was told so that was a bonus, im very happy with my new car, I woukd definitely reccomend them. I got a mgs6 trophy and its brilliant

Transparent and Straightforward
Carparison is a broker rather than a leasing company - a middleman. They receive a commission (included in the quoted price NOT extra) for putting the lease company and the customer in contact, and they ensure that the admin side of things is undertaken. The service they provide is very good, transparent and uncomplicated. Their website is clean and easy to use and their communication, both by phone and email, is excellent. I'm happy, and I'll use them again, providing that the two year lease tenure goes without a hitch. I don't foresee any problems at all.

Damaged rear light
Rear light on the car was damsged when it arrived. This was informed to carparison who have done their best to sort this out. This is supposedly to be carried out by a dealet under warranty. Doubt if this will happen. However the service from Chole and Roison has been very good with all question answered quickly.

We have been advised that this is a manufacturer defect and that it should be repaired under warranty by your local main dealer. If you do experience any issues with this, please do let us know. Very good service. Although it was not their fault the delivery time was not accurate.

Just what I Hoped
I ordered a Polestar 4 at a much better price than anywhere else I could find and then the order crossed over the quarterly price changes so I feared it was going to be too good to be true. However, the price didn't change and it turned out to be an excellent experience with no problems, price changes and only a minor delay due to the quarterly update but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a problem. Overall, with all the review culture and recommedations we have to live with these days, I have a much simpler one: "Would I use them again?" "Yes"

Can be better
My initial dealings with the salesperson were very positive. They were informative, knowledgeable, and guided me through the process well. The admin staff were also friendly. Based on that, I'd have no hesitation recommending them. However, the vehicle handover was very disappointing. The car arrived unclean, with water marks and dirty interior. The handover process itself was unclear, and the driver didn't explain things. When I raised this, I was told it's being looked into, but I'm still waiting on a resolution. I'd appreciate clearer communication and a proper resolution. Sincerely,.

We would also like to thank you for recommending us as this is much appreciated. However, we are sorry that the vehicle handover let your experience down. Unfortunately, this is one part of the customer journey that we do not have direct control over. As discussed, we raised your concerns with the supplying dealer, who has since confirmed a plan of action to resolve the issues. We understand it is frustrating that it cannot be sorted straight away, but the dealer has to rely on third party companies to carry out remedial work, so resolutions are not always immediate. With regards to the handover, as the supplying dealer uses a third party delivery company, the drivers are purely logistics agents rather than product specialists and therefore, have very basic knowledge of the car. This is outlined in the email sent the day before delivery titled 'Important Information Regarding Your New Vehicle'. Thank you again for your feedback. We are sorry your handover did not meet expectations, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We hope you enjoy your new vehicle and wish you many happy miles ahead!
