The team has always been above and beyond during the sales phase as well as the after-sales phase. Indeed, Tesla delivery wasn't easy but I felt listened to and fully supported. Thank you Carparison, you're the best.

the easiest lease I've ever taken...hats off to Carparison
This was the easiest lease I've ever taken! Ben managed the quotes on a Mercedes EQC, adjusting according to my needs. The online service for applying and signing documents was brilliant - no paper scanning or posting bank statements etc that some other providers need. Quick handoff to lease company and the delivery by Mercedes went without any hitch. I can't ask for more! This was my second lease from carparison, the last being in 2019.
5* would highly recommend. Didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. The team were really knowledgeable.

Poor service when things went wrong.
Problems with delivering a service can happen and it’s how you resolve the issue with the customer that’s important. Unfortunately the service from Carparison has been awful and its still not been resolved. When the date for delivery was delayed with no new date given at 4pm on the Friday before it was due on the Monday I asked for help in getting a hire car to ensure I could do the school run and planned hospital visits. No help was provided so I had to arrange it myself. I then got a new date for delivery but got a call 10 minutes after agreed time saying it wasn’t coming. Again I asked for help. None was offered. I had to spend approx. £750 on hire cars and have constantly had to chase repayment, no proactivity and generally emails were ignored by the team. I was a returning customer and the price was actually more expensive, I returned because I thought I could trust the team. Looks like I was wrong. I’ve been promised a full refund but I should not have been out of pocket when it wasn’t my issue. They shouldn’t have taken responsibility and got things sorted. I’m sure lots of things were happening behind the scenes but from my point of view, I had to chase at every stage, I had to sort the issue of getting a car myself and then chase to get my refund, I asked for compensation due to the stress caused but this wasn’t addressed. I have escalated my issue to the Head of Sales and was promised a call the same day. I guess they were too busy.

I have to say that I wish all business's were as efficient and easy to deal with as Carparison. I dealt with Chris who was just amazing. I changed things constantly and he didnt complain once in fact the exact opposite always making sure I was getting the best deal. I can't thank you enough for making this such an easy transaction in the midst of my very busy day to day job. Highly Recommend the whole team.
