Great initial service but dipped off after completion of lease
initially great service and quick response times to enquiries regarding a lease car. Once the in ital paperwork was signed there seemed to be a lot of repetition of application forms, comms around delivery were confusing as the car was coming from a dealer ? no hand over of the vehicle or how to use it , which for a first time EV user was a little dissapointing

As you note, delivery for this batch of cars is slightly different to usual and they are both arranged and completed by the dealership themselves, where we usually book a date in with you on their behalf. We’re sorry this was problematic and to hear that there wasn’t a suitable handover. We will raise this with them as it’s not what we expect, and it is very important that you are comfortable with your new car. Great service all the way though, the car was delivered within a couple of weeks and I was kept updated all the way through. Would definitely use again.
