Great Service!
the whole process was so easy! even when i became ill and was un able to sign paperwork it was easily adapted so someone else could on my behalf! I couldn't be more grateful for the service I'd received. Now driving around in my new car!

The service for buying the car was fine but soon as it’s been delivered I can’t get hold of anyone. I have a car with no login id which I need for the app to get into the car and nobody is replying to any emails or giving me a call back.
We are sorry to see a 1* feedback, the app and login ID are supplied from your dealer. I have reached out to them internally and asked them to make contact with you. Very good service with all staff eager to carry out their part efficiently
Very good , it would be better to have an app though instead of constantly having to check through your inbox for important emails during the sign up process

Good customer service
Service was great and each person I spoke to was incredibly helpful on the phone and also by email (particularly Lauren). The process was very slow and I think a little more transparency on the wait times would have been very useful at the start of the process and there were a few times when I had to chase for updates (Cian) as I was unsure why the process was dragging. On the whole, though, good service.

I have looked into your journey and can see the initial call was made 15/4, order form signed 1st May and your new car delivered 3rd June, total journey duration allowing weekends was 49 days. We appreciate this was just outside your 4/6 week window advised on the first call. I can also see that your supplying dealer did take longer than expected with pre-delivery checks. We should have reached out to you more by phone or email and made contact. We will learn from your journey. Enjoy your new car!

Problems outwith their control but could have provided more feedback on what the problem was which delayed delivery by so many weeks
Thank you for your 3 * feedback Andrew. We are sorry your journey wasn't as smooth as we would of hoped. Whilst we will always try to provide timely & transparent updates where delays happen; on this occasion this was completely out of our control having to be reactive to VWFS updates as they were sent, unfortunately these updates were slow to release and once released were very fluid in their content. we appreciate this isn't ideal when your waiting on a new vehicle and have feed that back to VW. We hope you enjoy your new ID7 now you have it, we think and are sure you will agree it's an amazing car.
Disappointing experience
We had previously leased with Carparison, and i have to say i was disappointed with the service provided this time. It all started well, but unfortunately the employee we were dealing with left the company, and after that the correspondence seemed to go downhill

Dedicated customer experience champion
My dedicated customer experience champion (Jasmine) was assigned to me by yourselves. The introduction when placing an order says to contact them if you have any questions etc. I understand the issue with VWFS was beyond your control, but being without a vehicle and not knowing what was going on was stressful. Sadly on trying to contact my dedicated customer experience champion I was never able to speak to her when I phoned and never phoned me back if I requested to speak to her. This simply is a failure of your customer service that you promote so highly. Either don’t offer a single point of contact or ensure they are!! This was my first experience of leasing and really very disappointed with the whole experience.
