Fantastic service from start to finish
Superb communication the whole way, and so attentive to questions. Couldn’t fault them. Everything on time and delivered with a smile. Will definitely be reusing when the lease is up!
Seamless from start to finish, communication was brilliant! Only downside, car came with 2 scratches on front bumper and the car doesn't charge from home charger. Car has to go back to get work done to it in the first couple of weeks having it, which isn't ideal!

Lauren was really easy to deal with. Answered all my questions. As soon as the car was ready for delivery I was notified and overall it was just a really smooth process.

All great bar the final step. Vehicle was delivered by a driver who’d driven the car up to our location rather than by transporter, and when the car arrived, there was still some glue marks from the PDI process on the bodywork that the driver declined to mark on the delivery report. Other than that 👍🏼

Polestar 4 hire lease deal through Carparison
The overall service from initial contact through to delivery of the vehicle was excellent. The vehicle I was considering was a pre-registered, brand-new model. The initial engagement and explanation of the service were polite, clear, and pressure-free, giving me time to consider my options and ask any questions before deciding. The financial proposal was also very competitive compared to alternatives and met my budget expectations. Once the initial forms were submitted, the approval process was also speedy (2 days after submission) and straightforward, with vehicle delivery directly to my home exactly 2 weeks following approval.
