Can someone else take delivery of the van for me?

Yes, you can have someone else take delivery, but we will need written confirmation and proof of ID from the person accepting the delivery.

The handover process won’t change if someone else takes the delivery for you. The driver will still go through the vehicle with them, and it will be their responsibility to complete a thorough vehicle inspection once it arrives.

We know it doesn’t always work out, but we do recommend that you try and arrange delivery for a time where you’ll be free as it’s a good opportunity to get to know the van and to make sure you’re completely happy with its condition.
