What happens during the handover process?

The handover of your van is a crucial stage of the leasing process.

During this time, you’ll be able to ask questions about the van, and any features you’re unsure of.

You also need to thoroughly inspect the van and note any damage or things you’re unhappy with on the delivery paperwork. If any scuffs or marks aren’t noted at this stage, you might become liable for them further down the line.

We will also be notified of anything you’ve listed on the delivery note and can make sure that the issue is resolved with the dealership on your behalf.
