Accepted proof of address documentation

Funders will only accept certain utility bills or financial statements as sufficient proof of address.

These are:

• A gas bill
• An electricity bill
• A landline telephone bill (broadband is not accepted)
• A credit card statement
• A bank statement

Importantly, the document must be unedited, it must be dated within 90 days and you must be clearly named (joint names is fine).
