Can I pay the initial payment over the phone?

Your initial payment (or initial rental, as it is sometimes known) will be taken via direct debit from the bank account you have nominated during your finance application.

Unfortunately, we cannot take your deposit over the phone as this fee is owed to the funder of your lease agreement rather than us as your leasing broker. The only fee payable to us throughout your entire term is your processing fee of £249 +VAT. 

You will have nominated a bank account during your application process and unfortunately it isn't possible to change this for the initial payment in order to protect against fraud.
