What order documentation will I need?

In order for us to reserve your lease van, and once your finance application has been approved, you will be asked to supply some additional qualifying documentation.

Here is what you will be asked for:

Driving licence

Your driving licence acts as the first proof of address and ensures that you are eligible to drive. Without a valid driving licence, your application will automatically be deemed as accommodation, which is prohibited.

Proof of address

Your second proof of address could be an applicable utility bill or financial statement. Without this, the funder cannot link you to a recent address.

You will not be asked to provide a proof of address if your application has been through a Ltd Company or PLC. On the rare occasion that this is requested later from the funder, your Leasing Consultant will let you know personally. If required, this proof of address will need to relate to the business's trading address rather than the personal address of the applicant or company Directors.

These documents will be supplied to the funder of your lease deal and are securely stored on your file at Vanparison according to our privacy policy.

Order Form

We require a signed Order Form from you in order to confirm the details of the order we have for you are correct. Your Order Form will be provided for you to review.

Information Notice

We are also required to ensure that you understand the services we offer, and the costs involved.
