Great leasing experience

One of the best leasing experiences I've had - clear updates and information throughout.

Very good from initial inquiry to delivery. I was awkward and ordered in February but delivery wasn't until July. This wasn't an issue and the conversations I had with the Anthony in sales team were professional and nothing was too much for them. Lauren kept in regular contact until I specified a delivery date, who again was extremely professional and understanding of the situation. The delivery was seamless, the driver rang the night before and gave an estimated ETA and delivered slightly earlier than that. From start to finish, they have been great!

Everything was very easy from the start. All staff explained everything in clear language.

I fully advise this company to anyone that wants to try leasing a car.

Quick and clear service when ordering your car. You can see your order status update when you register on the Carparison website. Unlike other car leasing companies, the driver that delivers your car actually understands and explains the basics of your new car and checks with you for any marks or anything that needs to be referred upon delivery. The only reason why I haven't give 5 stars is because I haven't received any copy of the delivery documentation and car condition. I advise this company and will use it again if the collection of the car is as simple as the ordering.

Great Service

Everyone was extremely helpful from start to finish. No pushy sales people, just provided me with the information I asked for and then let me make a decision in my own time. Once I decided to take out a lease, the communication was fantastic every step of the way

A very smooth process and great customer support

Very helpful and supportive throughout the process. This is the first time I have leased a car and, whilst I understood the basics, it was great to have knowledgeable people at the end of the phone to go over the details. I found Carparison easy to work with. They kept me informed with the progress of the lease I took out and sent me very useful information upon collecting the vehicle. (checking the vehicle over and making sure everything is in order before driving away).

I found Carparison when it was offering an extremely cheap leasing offer for a car I was interested in. For the most part, the customer service was tiptop from Jasmine and Simon. Delivery, though delayed due to things out of their control, was quicker than I anticipated. They even made up for the delay by offering me an alternative (loan car / taxi reimbursements). However, my initial interactions with the sales advisor were a bit rocky… when it came to the point of asking me for information for the finance application over the phone, he was a bit patronising and I was almost ready to pull out after the call ended, but didn’t want to because the price offer was the best there was. Made a comment about how he doesn’t know if I’ll pass the credit check because of my address history, exclaimed after I answered his questions about my current finances, and though I requested to check my details before it was sent off, he read out to me half of what I told him and was rushing me to submit it. I emailed afterwards to express my upset but via email he’s polite. I wanted to enquire about other colours but had to ask my husband to speak on my behalf because I dreaded his patronising tone. I must give him credit for helping me with getting as close to the colour I wanted though in the end, thank you for that.
