I did feel guilty about switching from my regular leasing company to carparison but the price and the service were worth it! Clare got me a great deal at a great price. The communication was great from the general enquiry all the way to the delivery of the car. The car arrived earlier than promised, which worked well in my favour. I may just have become a returning customer! The only issue I had is the car arrived extremely dirty and also with numerous surface scratches. However, Clare & Louise are in the process of getting this rectified. If this hadn’t had happened I would definitely have rated them 5*

Really impressed with the service from start to finish.
Carparison offered an efficient service. All my questions were answered promptly by polite courteous staff whether it was the leasing or admin team.

Very good, bit more info please
I would recommend and use them again. The only reason for 4 stars is I could have used more info regarding dealer delivery, service intervals, who to contact etc. Louise at Carparison did answer some of these and was very helpful throughout the process.

From start to finish Phil Gale made the car leasing experience very positive and a seamless one for me. He was extremely helpful and responds to my queries within an excellent timeframe. Thanks to Phil and his customer service I have recommended Carparison to friends and family and I will definitely lease through Carparison again if I can find a great deal. Carparison Superb - Disappointed on Delivery
