On delivery my car had a minor fault - the delivery driver took it back to the dealer to mend The staff were very sympathetic and apologetic although is wasn’t their fault. A rental car arrived to tide me over without me having to ask for it. The staff have been very friendly from my first contact with Ben through to the organisational skills of Jasmine. I felt that I could trust them.

Good service to a point
They were communicative leading up to the finance agreement. However, I didn’t have any further information until the day before delivery, which meant I didn’t have a registration number to organise insurance in advance. Also, the car arrived with a significant scrape on one of the wheels and marks on the interior seating, so wasn’t to the standard I had expected.

We can see that we confirmed the delivery date and registration number around a month before your delivery took place via email. I apologise if this didn’t reach you as it would have provided all the information you would have required to insure your car and also contained tips on checking your car on arrival and a link to our FAQs. We’re also sorry to hear that your car didn’t arrive in the pristine condition that we would expect it to. As your delivery only took place a couple of days ago we have only just received a copy of your delivery note and can see the scrape on the wheel is mentioned. If you could kindly send photos of the damage in question to your agent we will raise this with the dealer on your behalf for a resolution. Problem with delivery was resolved to my satisfavtion.
I had some problems with the delivery. The car was 9 days late. as there was damage to the car. It took quite a few emails to resolve it. It was quite stressful as my previous lease car had been returned and and I can't manage without a car. It was sorted out when a courtesy car was sent. The staff I dealt with were very helpful and were caught in the middle. I am delighted with the car.

Superb from start to finish. Simple, easy to use quote tool, easily the best I've used. Communication throughout was excellent and the team really do know their stuff. Big thanks to Sam for all his help. Car was delivered to home and everything was smooth on day of delivery. I would use Carparison again and highly recommended them.

Great team and great service
The team at Caparison were amazing from start to finish. I was called back less than 30 minutes after placing my order, the process was clearly explained and I was told it would be confirmed within the next 24 hours. I ordered a Tesla Model Y for the best price I could find on the net, at least £20 per month cheaper than anywhere else. I was told I was just a little late for the allocations they had in stock but if a cancellation came through I would be first to receive that car. Sure enough I was called the next morning and the team had secured me the exact car I wanted. I was kept informed all the way through and a little over 4 weeks later I took delivery. They were flexible in holding my order until I was ready, which helped with returning my previous lease and not having 2 cars on the insurance. I would highly recommend!
Generally a good service, I was guided through the process along the way. I didn't end up with the car I originally ordered, but I'm assuming that was circumstances outside their control.

Few essential communications, no too many emails or phone calls just the essential. Signing documentation was easy and quick, the full process was a 5 stars experience. I will use them again in the future.
