It was a good experience
It was a good experience overall the delivery driver let me inspect the car for as long as I needed it didn't feel any rush I asked all the I had.

The staff I dealt with were fantastic. Informed, knowledgable, honest. However, I must highlight Roisin. Who was outstanding. Nothing was a problem to her. She was to the point, yet remained courteous and enthusiastic at all times. Her communication was regular and always helpful. There were an issues. Not the fault of any of your staff But Roisin took them on board and dealt with them. To my full satisfaction.

Great service start to finish
From start to finish we had a very good experience with Carparison initially with Jasmine who explained our options and the process clearly. We proceeded with the lease hire option via Leasys for a new MGS6 which we took delivery of in late September and very pleased with the car and service received from all.

New to leasing- a good first time experience
Good communication, nice staff who explained the process, very important to people who are new to leasing. Make , model and offer were very good. Reassuring that VW finance were involved.

Shortfall
Carparision fell short with relevant information they should have passed on to me prior to me receiving my new vehicle, I wasn't informed that the vehicle does not come with a service book and paperwork regarding the vehicles first year breakdown cover was not passed on .I had to contact them on two occasions to retrieve the info.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt we fell short in providing the relevant information prior to receiving your new vehicle. As a broker, we supply a wide variety of vehicle makes and models, and unfortunately, we are not always provided with every specific detail relating to each individual vehicle. In relation to the service book, many new vehicles no longer come with a physical service book, as servicing information is often recorded digitally through the vehicle’s infotainment system. With regards to the breakdown cover, we are always more than happy to assist with any questions you may have. Where we do not have the information readily available, we can research this for you or contact the supplying dealer directly to ensure we provide you with the most accurate information. We do take your feedback on board and thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Enjoy your new car!
