However, if you were ever looking for an update or had any questions, our Customer Experience team would have been more than happy to assist. With regards to your maintenance package, this is managed by your funder. They will typically send a welcome pack once your agreement has gone live, which usually takes around 10-15 days after the vehicle has been delivered. If you have any questions about your maintenance, please do let us know via email at [email protected], and we will be happy to help. We are also pleased that we were able to deliver your new vehicle within just two weeks of you placing your order.
