Easy leasing process
This was the first car lease my business had undertaken and carcomparison made it easy

Good value lease
Good price and initial interaction. Document history that I signed off didn’t match the order received. Documents appeared to be bench sent near delivery to cover legal and regulatory conformance rater than when they should have been sent earlier in the process to help me understand the contract and risks.
The second time using Carparison and another great experience. The team are very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks particularly to Tom and Lauren for your help!

Great all round

Unlike a dealership scenario , having to be ever watchful , fending off the commission fueled antics of staff in depth . Impressed with the lease process
They provided a well run process from start to finish. When I had queries, I had helpful timely replies by email and on the phone.

very good
very good throughout. everything was straight forward and hassle free. once a date was set the car turned up on agreed date. would use again. the car was spotless when it arrived and had over 80% charge which was a bonus. the only reason for 4* is that on carwow it showed that our vehicle was in stock. unfortunately once everything was agreed we were then informed that it the dealer was waiting for delivery of the vehicle which then took weeks.

Change to EV- VW ID& Tourer
I saw a deal on leasing.com for a VW ID7. The deal was very competitve. I made contact with Carparison by telephone on 7th October 24 and from the outset the process could not have been easier. I confirmed that the price was correct and that cars were still available. I still had choice of colour although my first choice had gone. The ID7 was one of a batch of pre registered cars. I was signed up and driving the car on 29th October 24. I am very happy and based on my experience would definitely use Carparison again
