Great car, not sure about their call centre
Fast response to email, salesman Cian was great. The customer service team on the surface seemed fine except, every time I called them, they were giggling and laughing with colleagues, trying to mask their giggling. It was so unprofessional. It got to the point where I nearly said, 'what is so funny?!'. 3 different occasions this happened.
Thank you for leaving your feedback and I am sorry your experience over the phone was less than perfect. We have reviewed all your calls as a matter of urgency this morning. While we can't determine any giggling/laughing, we do feel your agent sounded distracted and agree that we should have done better for you. This has already been briefed to the team and improved call quality procedures are in place as a result. Excellent Service
Lauren and Chris provided excellent service and were very responsive when leasing my Polestar 4. The level of service was refreshing in an age where outstanding service is the exception rather than the norm.

Smooth, well communicated and over delivered
Phenomenal service. Great process that was easy to follow, each step explained and over delivered on the delivery time. After another leasing company let me down badly, Carparison went from quite, to finance approval, to sourcing the vehicle and delivery in 10 days. I will be back when I next need a lease!

Best PCH deal on the market.
