Excellent service from sales and admin
Easy and quick to get quotes from sales team. Once car ordered, the operations/admin team kept me informed on delivery times etc. Delivery was as promised with no issues

Superb communication, especially with Steve. He kept me informed the whole way through and checked in with me often to see how things were and if he could offer any help.

Support from Courtney was excellent… Cian was brilliant when I made the initial inquiry because I was unsure about committing before I sold my own car… however, from my initial contact with Cian to the follow up with Courtney, the customer service was excellent from start to finish… even helping to resolve teething troubles with delivery was great. Thoroughly recommend carparison👌

Excellent company
We received an excellent service from Carparison. They were efficient and quickly had everything organised for the new vehicle. A trouble-free transition from start to finish. Less then 3 weeks and my car is here and I am very pleased.

Faultless ervice and great customer service
From start to finish the service and contact was faultless. I was e mailed literally within 30 minutes of any enquiry with an update or reply. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Carparison were brilliant but need better suppliers!
Brilliant service from Carparison and their staff. Shame the supplier of the car failed to put any petrol in so it ran out as I drove off the driveway!
Good morning and thank you for your feedback. We’re so pleased that your experience went well but we are extremely disappointed to hear about your fueling issue. Our providers are expected to arrive with your new car and at least a quarter of a tank of fuel, so we have reported this to them. Although we can’t promise, will endeavour to push them to reimburse you for that difference. Nevertheless, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience here and appreciate that doesn’t fully make amends. We continue to monitor our supplying partners for their service levels and we would not know about this occurrence without you, so thank you for taking the time to get in touch. Kept me up to date throughout the process. When my account manager was off, someone else covering would keep my up to date. Asked how often I wanted to be kept up to date and kept to that agreement

Friendly staff, good communication, lovely car
The Carparison Staff were extremely friendly, the transaction was dealt with professionally and I felt they really did their best in the circumstances. The delivery took a little longer than I had hoped but I think it was because it was just before Christmas, the dealer took ages to do their checks and it held up the delivery. The car I am leasing is lovely, it was worth the wait, I am very pleased.
