From start to finish Phil Gale made the car leasing experience very positive and a seamless one for me. He was extremely helpful and responds to my queries within an excellent timeframe. Thanks to Phil and his customer service I have recommended Carparison to friends and family and I will definitely lease through Carparison again if I can find a great deal. Chloe was also helpful and efficient with the finance side of things and delivery of car by Allan was excellent also. A great service all in all

Carparison Superb - Disappointed on Delivery
Carparison were superb throughout and very helpful. The staff made the process very easy especially with me being a technophobe.

Good initial service, delay in delivery.
Straight forward process to order and delivery was fine. Vehicle was in good excellent condition and as ordered, the only thing that negatively affected the process was the delay in the dealership supplying the vehicle (approximately 4 weeks late) and the lack of communication about the delivery times.

Great service, recommended
I would definitely recommend. Chris was friendly, polite and responsive in setting up the deal. Emma came back on my various admin queries fully and promptly. The lease cost was highly competitive and the car was delivered in a little over a week. It really did remove the usual hassle out of acquiring a vehicle.

Friendly, efficient service
Service was very efficient and friendly and most important I was kept up to date with progress in an easy to understand way. When an error was made by the Company my query was responded to immediately with correction and apology. Katie whom I mostly dealt with seemed to care about having a happy customer
