Brilliant service, start to finish
Great service start to finish. Initial quote and discussions with Chris were honest, clear, and efficient - didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all. Paperwork was straightforward, then passed to Louise in admin who made the whole process a breeze. Really impressed with the all round service.

I have used many brokers in the past and I was very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy in which they (Chris Bagwell in particular) dealt with my enquiry and eventual supply of my Tesla. Upon collection, the car was beautifully prepared and the Carparison Team helped with explaining everything. I even recommended a friend who ordered 2 Tesla's for his company! Highly recommended - customer service as it should be, 5 stars ++ .

Brilliant
I have always used big name garages to get my cars and decided this time to try leasing so I was not sure what to expect. My experience with Carparison has been exceptional from the moment I enquired about different cars. The process was smooth and clear. There was one issue with delivery of my car (which was not the fault of Carparison) however this issue was dealt with exceptional professionalism - big shout out to Katie who was brilliant. I highly recommend Carparison and will not hesitate to use them again when it comes to changing my car next time. A much better experience than the big name garage franchises.

Was told car would be delivered ontransporter was driven from Manc. Not hap
I would like to be told the truth, I was told it would be delivered single car transporter but was driven from Manchester, Who knows how it was driven, Someone had the job & get home as soon as possible, 200 miles on the clock before I get to drive it myself I’m not happy.

I would highly recommend leasing a vehicle from Carparison. The service was excellent..emails and phone calls were returned immediately. I was kept informed all the way through and queries were answered. Ben Banks was a delight to deal with..he was polite and professional throughout.. Louise Bowden was so efficient..she sent the paperwork through very quickly and made it easier for me to sign all the documents by highlighting the pages that needed signing. Even after the vehicle was delivered she was more than happy to help with pointing me in the right direction

A pleasure to deal with
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. This was the first time I had dealt with Carparison and I found the staff friendly, helpful, patient and reassuring. Nothing was a bother to them. I would certainly recommend them.
