Would use again
Really helpful to find another car after my first choice was on a 6 month lead time. Could be a little more communication around delivery but overall would use again.

Overall service was good but still waiting for some documents to arrive and car was received with some makes / scratches on it

all procedures were good only the car was not
there service was okay car was a different colour to the one ordered Graphite grey not selenite but ok with that like the colour car was delivered on time handover very good only down side vehicle refused to start after 5 days and was retuned to mercedes outlet for fixing seems a major fault as part as to be sent from germany

Amazing service
Really efficient and effective service. Yasmin dealt with me initially and found me the car i needed. First time leasing a car and I was nervous in paying the fee and being messed around. No issue. Finance sorted within half an hour of emailing my details and car sorted in stock and delivered within 5 days. Both Katie’s I dealt with in the admin department was quick and efficient and provided confidence in dealing with my enquiry. Car was delivered and handover was detailed. Great pre-sales/delivery...poor execution!
Really good pre-sales and pre-delivery communication, which was then let down by the delivery of a faulty car, which will now result in two round trips to local Volvo dealer for warranty claim. Supplying dealer Kastner Exeter Volvo very poor customer service/response. I'd also not been informed the delivery would be a driven delivery, so the car had already travelled the length of the country complete with Gregg's coffee cups by the time it arrived. Both of these tarnished the new car experience.

Excellent service from start to finish and everyone friendly and efficient. This was my first PCH and they could not have been more helpful in guiding me through the process. The price was very competitive yet the car was delivered last week with mats and even a tank of fuel! Would definitely use Carparison again
