First time lease and I'm happy!
Very easy to arrange despite it being my first lease experience. Friendly and informed staff who answered my questions confidently and honestly. A simple process and my questions were responded to quickly. It helped having female call staff as they were more approachable.. Delivery was successful, although the driver was hard to understand when I asked him questions when checking the vehicle. Very happy with the car and the service. Would recommend.

Really smooth and easy process
This was a very smooth and easy process. I like it when you are able to have named customer support staff to contact. Kira, could not have been more helpful when I had questions. All went through very well, great communication which were easy to follow. Car arrived yesterday - excellent service and also I feel I got a really good deal on my Hyundai

Excellent service from Carparison marred by very poor delivery.
Carparison as a leasing company was excellent. Paperwork was smooth and quick. Communication was good and I was kept informed throughout the process. However, delivery was poor. The brand new car was delivered dirty. It hadn't been washed and was covered in salts. The delivery man asked me to take it to the washing bay. There was no proper handover, so no going through the software and guiding me to set things up. He said he did not know much about the car and I had to google it. Anyone taking over an EV like Polestar knows keys etc has to be set up right. There was nothing like that. I spent the whole day to trying to figure things out. I eventually called Polestar support who got me booked to their centre in Wilmslow the next day to finish with the set up and answer my questions. This was opposite to the service I had received from Carparison prior to delivery

After having leased cars for the last 9 years from different lease companies, I can honestly say that this has been my best experience by far, and I would highly recommend Carparison. From the start of my application to the delivery of my new car VW TRoc which i absolutely love! Carparisiom has delivered the best service. Just brilliant!

Very good service
The service was very good. I had a small problem in that my car did not arrive on the day it should. I contacted carparison to advise them of this after which they did help to chase up and find out what was going on. It was delivered the following day.

It was ok, but certainly not stress free.
Thank you for your 3* honest feedback. I have reviewed you journey and can see that there were delays caused by the funder when asked for Id proofs & not specified as to what. We do appreciate your comments made during your journey and have fed them back to the funder. Whilst we understand your frustrations we recognize that funders have tightened up many areas within their business model. That said I'm pleased to see that your journey from signed order form to delivered car was only 12 working days! First time leasing
Good communication throughout (it was a bit long winded as this was a first time leasing a vehicle and the finance checks took a little longer than expected - but Christmas also fell into this period, so this also slowed things a little). Overall very satisfied with Carpariosn's service.
Thank you for your 4* feedback. Funders can sometimes take a little longer than we would hope, this could be down to many factors, i.e. manual ID checks, although the main reason now is to protect their client, you from fraud. Whilst we appreciate this can be frustrating, compounded by the festive season in your case, it is necessary. We are glad to see that overall you were happy with Caparison's processes which will only get smoother as we learn more! We really do hope you love your new car as much as we do :-)
