Everybody loves a new car
The car did eventually arrive after being a few months late. But as we could extend our existing lease we were happy to wait. Also slightly disappointed that the new car didn’t arrive with any floor mats. Had we known this we would have asked for a set of mats to be added to our hire agreement.
Good morning Wayne, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Looking back through your order history, I can see that your Qashqai was initially on back order with Nissan. When we did get an ETA update, unfortunately this slipped back further, which is not something that we are able to influence. I’m confident that our team kept you fully informed with all the updates as we received them, and hope you found this useful in extending your existing lease. With regards to the floor mats, I'm sorry that this caused you disappointment. We deal with hundreds of vehicles with varying specifications, and do encourage all our customers to check with us if there is a particular option that you would like confirmed. I hope you’ve managed to source some mats and are enjoying your new Qashqai!

Great car, not sure about their call centre
Fast response to email, salesman Cian was great. The customer service team on the surface seemed fine except, every time I called them, they were giggling and laughing with colleagues, trying to mask their giggling. It was so unprofessional. It got to the point where I nearly said, 'what is so funny?!'. 3 different occasions this happened.
Thank you for leaving your feedback and I am sorry your experience over the phone was less than perfect. We have reviewed all your calls as a matter of urgency this morning. While we can't determine any giggling/laughing, we do feel your agent sounded distracted and agree that we should have done better for you. This has already been briefed to the team and improved call quality procedures are in place as a result. Lauren and Chris provided excellent service and were very responsive when leasing my Polestar 4. The level of service was refreshing in an age where outstanding service is the exception rather than the norm.

Smooth, well communicated and over delivered
Phenomenal service. Great process that was easy to follow, each step explained and over delivered on the delivery time. After another leasing company let me down badly, Carparison went from quite, to finance approval, to sourcing the vehicle and delivery in 10 days. I will be back when I next need a lease!
