Totally happy with the service provided
Carparison had a very good deal on the car I wanted. I noticed some disappointing scores on Trustpilot but I went ahead - and I'm so glad I did! From the excellent Kira onwards they couldn't have been more helpful. Efficient, prompt, well-informed and friendly - I was delighted at how quickly everything went through. The car was delivered just over two weeks from my initial contact. My first time leasing and I can see that circumstances may have sometimes overtaken a deal, causing a customer to lower the review score. Not sure it is always fair to blame Carparison, though. From my personal perspective and experience, these are great paople to do business with, well-deserving a five star review.

Brilliant service. I am truly grateful to Courtenay for helping me with getting the car I got. She was super helpful as I was disheartened about missing out on a vehicle from another broker.

Car lease
Although nervous at the start as process of getting car was different to anything I’d done before the experience was absolutely first class. Every member of the team was polite informative and delivered a top class service. I would undoubtably recommend carparison and intend to use this company again in a few years. Poor delivery process of a new vehicle
The car delivered had a soiled back seat and a week later I discovered that. The SIM card was not activated and hence no cellular data till it is done. You don't deliver cars till this is done. I have been ping ponged between you, Arval & a local BYD dealership to get it activated which was your responsibility via Arval- very poor show & little customer care. I am now booked with Watford BYD dealership for the 9th of February (earliest date) which is one since delivery.

I have taken the time to look at your journey pictures you kindly supplied and agree that the marking on the rear seat does not align with the standards we expect from our dealer partners. As your broker we do not have the functionality to activate your BYD sim but do agree your supplying dealer should have done this prior to delivery to save you any inconvenience, We have already fed your comments back to your supplying dealer and can only apologise on their behalf again and apprecaite they have now sent you a waiver letter as this was your chosen option. Amazing service, from my first enquiry to getting car delivered. I dealt with Courtenay and Roisin who were both very helping in answering all my questions and keeping me updated through every step. I’ve never leased a car before so wasn’t really sure the process, service I received made everything so stress free !

Recent experience with BYD
Happy with the service and price but was disappointed that my car took 6 weeks to be delivered when I was told when placing the order that it would be 3/4 weeks. The delivery service by CWC was 10/10. It would have been nice to have received a call/message to see have the delivery went. Other than a request for this survey I’ve had nobody asked how the delivery went.

Very good service with a friendly touch.
Kept informed by helpful, polite and friendly staff during order and delivery process. Delivery was friendly and informative, only slight complaint was that I couldn’t see if there were any scratches/damage as it had very muddy wheels, alloys and side panels - could have been given a quick wash at the local jet wash. Inside was mainly clean, few flecks of something on centre console but overall good. Set up vehicle easily and it is charging well. Only issue I have had is today on way home the screen kept cutting out and going dark along with my phone call.

Cannot praise Carparison highly enough
