Happy but surprised the dealer didn’t include floor mats.
The service in relation to the ordering by process was first class and all went to plan. I was surprised not to receive any floor mats, I have had about 5 cars over the last 15 years and all have come with a set of mats.

Through no fault of Carparison my vehicle took approximately 4 months to be delivered. This was caused by supplier hold ups. However I was always kept up to date with progress and once supplier had my vehicle Carparison were very quick to act and I had a stress free process. I would definitely use this company again. Big thanks to Lauren and Sam for all their help.

Halfway there
I ordered my car with carparison as I was told the car was available which turned out not to be the case which then meant reinsuring my other car. It wasn’t until I complained about the wait that the care suddenly became available. I didn’t find it easy processing everything , security,finance etc online but got there in the end.. My car turned up on time scheduled but minus the standard expected fittings ie tyre repair kit and pump, ratchet set and the load space cover. I have sent an email about this to carparison and heard nothing yet in response. The delivery driver mentioned none of these things until I looked for myself and took photos whereupon he also took photos. Not happy.
Thank you for your 3* feedback, I can see upon investigation of your case that in fact you did find your load cover and confirmed this with the team. Unfortunately manufacturers are starting to charge for more options that were perceived standard in previous models. We do listen though and will review our processes for information offered on these items upon quotation linked to these specific models. Paperwork that is requested from funders has inheritably got tougher over the years to prevent fraud and protect the end user. Your Caparison team are always on hand to assist should you request it. Excellent service and relatively easy process.
The whole process was explained well and ran smoothly. My only comment is some of the forms need adapting further for electronic signature. Some were obviously developed for manual signature and led to confusion over how and where to sign. Older customers like myself are not particularly experienced in completing online documents and require clear, unambiguous messaging. Overall however, a very good service with excellent staff.

Good Broker
The process was relatively simple and the staff pleasant The loss of star was due to the slower than expected delivery of the vehicle and the vehicle being a bit mucky (for a brand new car) when it arrived.
