My first lease vehicle
It was my first time leasing so naturally I was a bit skeptical based on previous customer experience reviews. However, my experience was great and I have no issues giving a 5 star rating. From start to finish I was given accurate information in terms of the process, timelines and most importantly when could I expect delivery. I found the experience of leasing my first vehicle with Carparison and excellent one and would recommend them to friends and family. I would like to personally thank Martina and Jasmine who were extremely helpful and were always on hand to answer my queries. Well done team!

Great people but slow and tedious journey.
first of all everyone I spoke to was professional, courteous and likeable and are a credit to the company. My journey for leasing was a long one and it did feel at times that nothing would happen until I called up to find out what was going on. I was chasing a lot where perhaps you guys should have been doing this for me.

We are sorry that the process felt long, and at times required you to chase for updates. Having reviewed your journey, we can see there was regular communication from our experience team to keep you informed. However, with factory orders we are reliant on updates from the supplying dealer, and the delays you experienced were due to the vehicle’s production, which was unfortunately outside of our control. We really appreciate your feedback, and we will certainly take this on board as we continue to improve our communication. Thank you again, and we hope you’re now enjoying your new vehicle.
