MG ZS 1.5 Hybrid+ trophy
Good professional people to deal with, my car got delivered within 18 days which was a pleasant surprise as initially I was told it can take upto 4 weeks. Sam explained me the deal & car features and was not pushy at all, which gave me confidence & when it comes to customer service, Courtney is a superstar!!!

Thank you for your honest 1* feedback David, and we agree the car did not turn up to the standard we expect and as you aware we have spoken to the supplying dealer and put provisions in place to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We understand they have arranged third parties to rectify your complaints, and we will keep in touch as we have been doing with yourself and the supplying dealer. We understand expectations set by ourselves to our clients should be met and we are sorry that on this occasion the final part of the process, the most important part, outside of our direct control was not completed as it should have been and therefore, made what should be exciting into disappointment, hopefully once the third parties have completed their work you will be able to enjoy the vehicle.
