Not good enough
All ok ish, some of the paperwork was a bit of a pain. The biggest pain was the fact that I’ve not had a proper handover when all the time I was under the impression from yourselves that I would get this done on my driveway with someone from Polstar. ??

Having reviewed your journey, we have not been able to find any correspondence confirming that a full handover would be provided by Polestar. To clarify, deliveries are managed by the supplying dealer using external logistics partners, which means we are unable to guarantee a full handover on their behalf. This is also outlined in the “Buckle Up” email sent prior to delivery, which explains what to expect on the day. That said, we are sorry that on this occasion your handover did not meet expectations. Thank you once again for your feedback, and we hope you are enjoying your new car.

Excellent communication, straightforward, clear and efficient
Excellent. By far the quickest and most straightforward lease deal I have ever done. I knew exactly what car I wanted and lease details and from an initial enquiry on a Thursday I had all documents signed and funding approved by Tuesday morning. No hassle, no issues and all very straightforward. Also very clear explanation of expected timeline ahead of signing which reassured me and gave confidence in the process.

New Car lease and couldn't be happier
From the very start of the process I have found all the staff I have dealt with to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I have never leased a car before and the service I received was 10/10. They kept me updated on the process and within 2 weeks I had my car (it may have been sooner but it was the start of Easter holidays) Thank you

A pleasurable experience from start to finish
My experience has been extremely positive… Even though I had technical issues with trying to sign forms electronically, Roisin and the staff have been nothing but superb in their efforts to get things worked out..
