Late delivery
Let down by the delivery date. There was a commitment to deliver and we were only informed on the day our previous car had been collected that the delivery was delayed. Carparison seemed to have very little influence over the dealer to expedite the delivery. As a result we were without a vehicle for nearly two weeks.

Great deal but let down by not so great comms.
A great price. Comms early on quite good but not so good later in the process. Car wasn’t delivered on the agreed day and only informed halfway through the day it was delayed by one week. On the new delivery day I called Carparison at 2pm to check it was definitely going to be delivered and was promised a call back that never happened.

I have reviewed your account and can see that your supplying dealer informed us on your day of delivery that they were having to cancel that day due to not completing their relevant checks. I have also checked as to why you received no call back on the day of your actual delivery, this unfortunately was requested from and promised by your supplying dealers delivery agent. We will share your feedback with your supplying dealer as we appreciate there is always room to grow and get better. Enjoy your new car :-)

Great service and love the Hot Deals
Excellent service from the team, and best deal I could find on the internet! The team were great when it came to chasing up the manufacturer for delivery updates. The commission fees were on the high side, but everything was transparent and the overall price could not be beaten for the car I was looking for. Will definitely check back on Carparison once my current lease is nearing the end.

Amazing and effortless service from start to finish. As someone who has never leased a car before I did have lots of strange questions and needed a lot of guidance and carparison were only too happy to help. Offer seemed too good to be true but after 12 days my new car did show up at my house at the advertised price. Process was very streamlined, customer service was easy to reach and very helpful.

New VW EV Business Lease
The overall service provided by Carparison was excellent. Just a few small areas in their process could do with a polish. Having ordered two vehicles from them the second required a personal guarantee from one of the directors. This in itself wasn't a problem, but the two cars then went down individual order routes and it wasn't possible to identify which was which when we got the paperwork through the online portal(s). When asked for driving licenses and delivery addresses, these had to be provided more than once because, unable to accurately identify each car by colour or registration, the incorrect details were given first time round. Other than this, the staff are friendly, extremely helpful, and the delivery of the vehicles was straight forward. They were able to offer us the best overall price at the time, for both the business lease and the maintenance package.
